We kindly ask that all of the information be completed and returned to DBS no later than 4 weeks out from your desired implementation date.

Welcome to Your Onboarding

We are excited to work with you and build your new point of sale system! Whether you are a new or existing PrimoHoagies franchisee, this onboarding has been designed to walk you through getting the process started. For existing franchisees, we will not be transferring information from your current point of sale system so that we do not mistakenly copy unused or incorrect data.

Step #1 | Your Business Profile

Please complete the following form with your business information to start the onboarding process.

Step #2 | DocuSign & Training

You will receive an email via DocuSign containing documents to be completed with your deposit.

Step #3 | Additional Information

Confirm you are ready for your installation by submitting the Pre-Installation Checklist.

To continue the Revel Systems Point of Sale onboarding process, expand each of the categories below. This will give you access to things like submitting the required Pre-Installation Checklist, and registering for your DBS Customer Portal.

If you do not have all of the information right now, don't worry! You can always return to this page later on to complete a section however your project may be delayed until the required information is received. We will remind you along the way! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us! The Pre-Installation Checklist does NOT need to be completed until closer to your live date.

Once all onboarding Steps #1-2 are fully completed, we can begin programming your software and review installation and live dates. We will provide status updates throughout the build process and reach out with any questions. Installation & live dates will be coordinated with your Corporate Field Consultant.

#1 | Pre-Installation Checklist

We need to verify that you are ready for us! Please complete the following form and submit this back to DBS. We will contact you to confirm an installation date once completed. If you are not ready just yet you can come back to this page at any time. We do require this form be completed a minimum of 10 business days prior to your desired live date.

For the cash drawer placement and required 1-3/4″ drilled holes in the countertop, reference the following diagram: Cash Drawer Specs

Additionally, the holes must be placed clear of any cabinet or drawers underneath for line-feeds.

Keep up-to-date with all your account information by registering for the DBS Customer Portal. It's quick and easy. If you have previously registered for the portal you do not need to register again.

Get enrolled in automatic pricing updates during the onboarding process and never miss a price increase! As new pricing guides are released from PrimoHoagies Corporate for Deli Products, Herr's Products and Pepsi Products, we will keep your system up-to-date so you never fall behind. Establishments not a part of this program will need to manually submit price increases with this form as needed.

DoorDash Drive Integration

Online DoorDash Drive delivery services with Revel Systems are built into the online ordering platform. Customer simply place their online orders thru the Revel Systems online ordering website and a DoorDash driver will deliver the order for your business.
