We are currently seeking employees in the following areas:
Onsite Support Specialist

DBS has an immediate need to add an Onsite Support Specialist to our team. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy technology, and have great customer service skills, this is the job for you! Applicants must also have a good driving record and submit to a background check. Computer and/or restaurant experience is a plus although not required. Basic knowledge of network topology and the ability to troubleshoot and repair PC’s is highly valued. This is a rare opportunity to work on Digital Dining, FuturePOS, and other POS systems for the biggest provider in the country. This is a full time position with benefits provided.

This position is dynamic. Members of the support department team are responsible for configuring, building, servicing, and offering local onsite support to customers in the Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey markets. DBS is looking for additional help to maintain our high level of customer service as we continue to grow. Daily responsibilities include but not limited to, servicing small networked systems, database entry, training end users, installation of computer hardware, phone support, and making repairs to hardware in our office and in the field. This exciting position will never be boring and will allow technicians to consistently learn new technologies and services. General operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am -- 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on project requirements. Must be able to work until project is completed. Must be willing to participate in a rotating on-call shift.

DBS offers a competitive salary and benefits package including 401(k) plan, health, dental, vision, life, disability coverage, and paid time off. Salary is based on experience and generally falls between $33,000 and $41,000.

Help Desk Technician

DBS is hiring Point-of-Sale system Help Desk Technicians. Applicants must have strong communication skills and submit to a background check. Basic networking knowledge is required. Restaurant experience is a plus although not required. This is a rare opportunity to work on Digital Dining, FuturePOS and other POS Software systems for the biggest provider in the country. This is a Full time position with benefits provided. 

This position is dynamic and provides a high level of support to all of our clients by effectively answering a high volume of support related calls and often is the first point of contact for customer’s interactions with the Support department. The ACD agent is tasked with triaging their concerns, and communicating with other team members to resolve service issues.

This exciting position is never slow and allows technicians to consistently learn new technologies, services, and greatly improve existing troubleshooting and interpersonal skillsets. There are also numerous opportunities to interact with different customers and businesses in this environment. General operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am -- 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on project requirements. Must be able to work until project is completed and be willing to participate in a rotating on-call shift.

Inside Sales Representative (New Castle)

Position Overview:
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts. Full time and part time available.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
• Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information.
• Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment; communicating expected delivery date; explaining stock-outs.
• Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
• Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
• Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities. 
• Meets or exceeds department and organization goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Dispersing added values leads to internal or outside sales rep to handle
• Update added value tracker to reflect accurate sales closing

• The employee will be given responsibilities and tasks outside of this job description which are important for us to deliver a high level of customer care. 


Qualifications & Skills: 

Education: High School education or equivalent. 

Experience: A minimum of three years Sales, technical, or related experience.

Skills: Meeting Sales Goals, Client Base, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Technical Understanding, Building Relationships, People Skills, Data Entry Skills, Customer Focus, Professionalism, Motivation for Sales. Strong interpersonal skills and ease with both telephone and in-person contacts. Strong organizational and time-management skills, including ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Facility with written communication, including preparation of service order notes and short documents. Ability to perform word processing, database, and accounting functions including some troubleshooting and system updating. Ability to work independently. Credit Card Industry knowledge is preferred.
